New California Legislation Senate Bill 1137 finds that Current Foreclosure trends are violating Article 4 of the US Constitution. Now lenders are required with revised Civil Code 2923 to give Homeowners loan modifications.

I can’t get my lender to work with me at all. They are not a mortgage company. They are a mortgage servicer which means they don’t have to work with any company that I go to to try to get a loan modification. I have tried to get them to work with me by writing them a hardship letter and sending them all the financial proof they needed. There solution was to go up on my interest rate and fix it. This doesn’t help. There are so many rippoff loan modification companies, I don’t know where to turn

Very cool. Quite a lot of technical information made reasonably understandable. The only changes I’d recommend are: I would mention at the beginning in one ‘down home’ sentence what your company does, then at the end clarify if your service deals with homes outside of California, since so many references are made to CA law.
