FORECLOSURE YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS TO LOAN MODIFICATION SB 1137

New California Legislation Senate Bill 1137 finds that Current Foreclosure trends are violating Article 4 of the US Constitution. Now lenders are required with revised Civil Code 2923 to give Homeowners loan modifications.
